President Anne F. Harris Named Chair for ACM Board of Directors
Taking on a leadership role to advance ACM鈥檚 vision for liberal arts education
President Anne F. Harris recently began her year-long term of service as for the Associated Colleges of the Midwest (ACM). The Board of Directors collaborates with the ACM president on efforts to strengthen the member institutions and oversees policies, projects, studies, and activities.
President Harris is eager to work with the other board members and ACM president to enact the new strategic framework Together We Go Further: ACM鈥檚 Commitment to Excellence Through Collaboration which focuses on leadership, alignment, and the collective impact of a liberal arts education.
鈥淚t is an honor to join with my colleagues on the Board of Directors to promote ACM鈥檚 work. In this defining moment for liberal arts education, we must continue to build welcome and thriving campus communities, expand opportunities for students, faculty and staff, and foster collaboration across institutions,鈥 Harris said.
About Associated Colleges of the Midwest
